END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ALGALPHABET FONTS

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and JULIEN VILLARET and JONATHAN SHI (collectively, the "Creators") for the font software accompanying this EULA, which currently includes the "ALG Bifurcaria" typeface (the "Font Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Creators grants to User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and non-derivative license to use the Font Software for personal or culural use only, subject to the terms of this EULA. User may install and use the Font Software on any number of computers or devices owned, operated, or controlled by User.

2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
   The Font Software and any associated documentation are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. Creator retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Font Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. User agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Font Software or associated documentation.

3. MODIFICATIONS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS
   User may not modify the Font Software in any way, except as expressly authorized by Creators in writing.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   The font software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the creators or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the font software or the use or other dealings in the font software.

5. CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE
   The Font Software is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows User to use and share the Font Software, subject to certain conditions, including attribution, non-commercial use, and no derivatives. 6. TERMINATION
   This EULA will terminate automatically if User fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Font Software and destroy all copies of the Font Software in User’s possession or control.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between User and Creators and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This EULA may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both User and Creators.
